What are the dimensions of the tiles?
Our standard tiles usually measure 11x11 and 15x15 cm. The exact dimensions can always be found on the product page.
Can I use my own photo or design?
Yes! For selected products, you can upload your own photo, illustration, or text to create a personalized tile.
Can I return a personalized tile?
Personalized products are made especially for you and therefore cannot be returned unless there is a production error or damage upon delivery.
Will I receive a sample before the tile is made?
For some custom products, we send a digital preview for approval. This is clearly stated on the product page.
When will my order be shipped?
Standard products are usually shipped within 1–3 business days. Personalized products have a processing time of approximately 3–7 business days.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship from the Netherlands and deliver to several European countries. Available countries are listed during checkout.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery address. Free shipping may apply during promotions.
Can I return my order?
Non-personalized products can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original condition.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will provide a suitable solution free of charge.
